This site sets two kinds of cookie. The first kind is strictly necessary and remembers only your display preferences — it holds no personal data and is not shared. The second kind is a marketing cookie set by Meta, and it does not run at all unless you accept it. Nothing is sent to Meta before you accept, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the cookie and tracking settings link.
These are set by Cybernet, stay on your device, and are never transmitted anywhere. They are set without consent because the site cannot honour your own preferences without them.

If you accept marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel through Google Tag Manager. It allows us to measure which pages our published articles actually reach, and to show Cybernet advertising to people who have already visited this site. It does not read your email address, and it is not present in any Cybernet product, client deployment or government-hosted environment — only on this marketing website.

Data transmitted when these are active: your IP address, browser and device type, the page addresses you view on this site, and the timestamp. We do not enable Meta's automatic advanced matching, and we do not enable AI-enhanced pixel enrichment, so no form field you type on this site is sent to Meta.
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland — as an independent controller for advertising measurement and delivery. Data may be transferred outside Malaysia, including to the United States, under Meta's own transfer mechanisms.
Google LLC — as the operator of Google Tag Manager, which is the container that delivers the Meta tag. Tag Manager itself is not used to profile you and is not loaded before you consent.
Nothing on this site sells or discloses your data to any other third party.
You may withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on anything else on the site. Three ways:
Declining loses you nothing. Every page, both languages, and all forms work identically either way.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to withdraw consent to processing, and to limit processing for direct marketing purposes.
